Exodo: El Salvador

Our first venture into art based ministry started in this countryside orphanage lead by Las Tias (the aunties). Even with the meager preparations available, by the grace of God, the workshop was a success; the children made beautiful pieces of artwork and we were blessed with seeing a side of them that perhaps no one at the orphanage was aware of. Some of the children showed real talent and a desire to explore more - regrettably, Exodo has virtually no preparations in place for art creation and learning.

We would like to supply more materials and furniture that would make consistent art learning possible: paint, brushes, easels, canvases, papers, pencils & markers, charcoal and notepads, benches, to name a few. We'd be able to build a basic studio for the children at a cost of $1200.

We'd also like to plan workshop camps throughout the year where we can focus on more comprehensive learning and discipleship.
